Who We Are

The Adarsha Vidyalaya Teachers' Association, Odisha (AVTA) is the officially recognized state-level representative body for teaching personnel serving in Odisha Adarsha Vidyalayas. We bridge communication between dedicated educators and school administrative authorities to foster positive professional outcomes.

Our Administrative Role

We actively dialogue with the Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan (OAVS) and state administrative bodies to address operational challenges, establish clear service safeguards, and ensure fair workplace practices across all school campuses.

Our Mission

To preserve the dignity, security, and professional rights of OAV teachers by offering direct grievance representation, proposing constructive policy improvements, and protecting educators from administrative hardships.

Our Vision

To build a well-supported, technologically equipped, and progressive educational ecosystem where teachers across all 314 blocks of Odisha are empowered to deliver world-class CBSE model education.

Core Pillars of Action

Teacher Welfare & Protection

We advocate for fair administrative policies, employee rights protection, official duty attendance adjustments, and safeguards against financial or administrative penalties caused by technical system failures.

Infrastructure & Digital Security

We work to ensure all OAV institutions are provided dedicated biometric devices, power backups, and reliable internet connectivity, while safeguarding personal employee data and privacy.

Constructive Governance Dialogue

We maintain an active, respectful bridge between teachers and state project officials to ensure smooth administrative transitions, clear official guidelines, and mutual trust.

Academic Excellence & Support

We promote continuous professional growth, resource sharing, and modern educational methodologies to support teachers in elevating CBSE curriculum standards state-wide.
