This page is the formal channel for AVTAO members to raise grievances related to service matters, association affairs, or website issues, and to share feedback that helps us serve our members better. Every submission reaches the association's core committee and is tracked through to resolution.

1How It Works

Once you submit a grievance or feedback, here is what happens on our end:

2Before You Submit

A few pointers that help us act on your submission faster:

• Check whether the matter is already addressed in a recent circular or notice from the association.
• Include your posting details (school, block, district) so we can route the matter correctly.
• Attach dates, order/reference numbers, or prior correspondence where relevant — you can mention these in the message and email supporting documents separately if needed.
• For urgent, time-bound matters (such as an imminent transfer order or exam-duty conflict), mark the category as "Urgent" and also write to us directly by email.

4Confidentiality & Fair Handling

• Grievances are shared only with the office bearers and authorities directly involved in resolving the matter.
• We do not tolerate retaliation against any member for raising a genuine grievance in good faith.
• Anonymous feedback is welcome for general suggestions, but grievances requiring follow-up need a valid name and email so we can respond to you.
