Every district's pending applications, in one place. Since each member's Membership ID was already assigned at registration, approving here just activates them and unlocks their ID card instantly � no new ID is generated. Use this as a fast-track fallback when a District Admin is inactive or slow.

Pending Leave Requests — All Districts (0)
State Admin has the same leave-request access as every District Admin. Accepting a request permanently removes the member and releases their Membership ID; Returning a request keeps the member Active and dismisses the request.
