Cadre Welfare Works toward fair and consistent service conditions for teachers across every Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya, including timely redressal of grievances relating to pay, postings, leave, and service records. Follows up individual and collective member complaints with the concerned authorities until they are resolved, and pushes for safeguards — such as fair implementation of attendance and evaluation systems — that protect teachers' professional interests and dignity in service.

Government Liaison Represents the Association's concerns before the Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan (OAVS) and other state administrative bodies, acting as the formal point of contact between the teaching cadre and the government. Follows up on policy matters affecting members, attends meetings and consultations on their behalf, and ensures that decisions taken at the state level reflect the on-ground realities faced by teachers in different districts.

Member Communication Keeps members across every district informed of Association updates, circulars, and decisions through timely, clear communication. Coordinates with district administrators and executive body members so that information flows both ways — ensuring member feedback, concerns, and ground-level issues reach the leadership and are considered in the Association's decisions.
